Dr. Lowe is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and a minor in French. She worked as a veterinary technician for several years before deciding to go to vet school. She attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in the Caribbean where she graduated with high honors after finishing her clinical year at the University of Missouri. She then went on to complete a small animal rotating internship at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to working at CVRC in 2019, she worked at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in the Emergency and Critical Care department.
Dr. Lowe loves all aspects of veterinary medicine but her passion is emergency care. Her interests include toxicities and endocrine emergencies as well as working to improve the bond between pets and their parents.
Outside of work, Dr. Lowe enjoys new adventures, including anything from traveling to far away lands or trying new foods. She also loves going to the beach as often as possible.
